You may modify the Product for your own or your client’s use.
Not Allowed:
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or give away the Product in any form.
You may not include our Products in any other template pack, marketplace listing, or subscription service.
You may not claim our designs as your own work.
If you require use for multiple clients or projects, please contact us for an extended licence.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the Product is downloaded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
We will provide a refund if:
The Product is faulty and we cannot fix it; or
You were charged twice for the same order.
All Products, designs, and content on the Site are owned by Modern WordPress Templates and are protected by copyright laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our Products.
